Nowadays it is almost common knowledge that you should eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of the 3 traditional meals. I can go into more detail as to why later. Right now i am going to list suggestions for good snacks to keep our blood sugar stable and keep you at your best mental capacity and keep you healthy and fit.
EATING SNACKS WILL HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT
Aim for snacks in between 100-200 calories.
Meals should be roughly around 300-500 calories.

So you should be taking care of yourself all the time, eating right, working out , etc, but sometimes you need a little extra boost in confidence and looks right before a shoot. So if you work out your arms and your abs right before a shoot, it will actually temporarily swell your muscles and give you a more toned appearance for about an hour or so.
Arms- You can always do more, but at minimum do these two exercises which require no equipment.

Interval Training is by far the best and quickest way to burn fat!
Interval training refers to an activity that is performed with bouts of high intensity followed by longer bouts of lower intensity. Steady state cardio is what most people are used to doing, just plugging away on the treadmill at the same speed for 40 mins every time. Yes, you can workout less and burn more calories. I know you want to hear about what exercises to do, what to eat etc, but you need to have all your bases covered before you workout!
People underestimate the importance of a good workout shoe. It is very important to have the correct shoe for the activity you are performing AND you need to replace them often! If you are using your shoes everyday to workout, they need to be replaced every 6 months. (or roughly 300 miles) So what is 300 miles? Figure if you run 3 miles 4 times a week…

Okay , I am a personal trainer and teach yoga and cardio kickboxing i addition to my day job and modeling. Soooo here is the Reader's Digest version of who I am. So I don't want to sound whiny, but I am having problems at my job because I am "too pretty" what is this about?
