Okay , I am a personal trainer and teach yoga and cardio kickboxing i addition to my day job and modeling. Soooo here is the Reader's Digest version of who I am. I was overweight my whole entire life. My mom had 2 heart attacks in one summer a few years ago and that inspired me to get off of my butt and not end up like her. So in one summer I lost 20 lbs by working out and eating right. I didn't have a fancy gym, I worked out at home to DVDs and had a stability ball and a few sets of dumbbells from Target. I cannot believe how much my life has changed since then. Starting that was a catalyst for a lot of positive life changes. I got out of a bad relationship, I gained self-confidence, I moved, restarted my life and started modeling and helping others with their fitness goals. So I am going to have a fitness blog now and anyone who wants to ask me any questions can get personalized help for free, whether it is about what to eat or how to exercise or what to do, or just some motivation, I'm here to help.
