Heading to SoCal

So, Roxy, Moriyah, and I will be heading down to Anaheim for Roxy's birthday (we're getting there thursday and staying until sunday). But, we'll also be down for the SoCal meet. I had a blast going down there for Burlesque Day, so I'm hella looking forward to getting together with everybody. (And hopefully some folk will join us in the park the next day!)

Fingers Crossed I Get Into This Burlesque Troupe!

I first had the thought to produce stage shows and do burlesque/cabaret about 3 years ago, but if you knew me you'd know I never think small or start simple. So all this time that's been one of the side projects I've slowly but steadily worked on. I'm still working on it. And from what I've got so far, I know it's no small undertaking and that I would be of better use to my own group if I got some experience in that particular type of performance. Model In just 2 days...

I will be in Disneyland, again! It's my b-day and I can't wait to get down there and celebrate. Going with good friends, meeting up with friends, old and new, and the pin up lifestlyle meet! I can't think of a better way to spend the weekend.

Current Inspiration

Time and again I fall in love with Sci-Fi icons, the first being Lt. Uhura, andYeoman Rand from Star Trek, but I do tend to come back to Servelan from Blake's 7, a BBC show from the late 70's early 80's, portrayed by Jacqueline Pearce. "real" hair color

Well what does "real" mean anyway? (in regards to hair color)

I love shoes.

I know I'm not the first one to profess this love and it's awfully cliched, but I love shoes.

I love heels and boots and wedges and even flats. All are worthy in my eyes.

(Well, except for Uggs and Crocs. The less said about them, the better. I have a sneaky suspicion though that when the apocalypse comes, cockroaches will be making their homes in them. You mark my words.)
