Are they jealous or just plain nuts?

I want to start this off by saying that I, in no way, think that I am God's gift to the world. I don't walk around with a "holier than thou" attitude and I try to be nice to everyone. I don't think that I am the hottest woman since Marilyn Monroe and I generally have a kind demeanor towards anyone I meet. I learned Friday the Bettie Page Died. I actually took this news so hard that I was mostly unable to write about her and chose not to think of it, as a way of dealing with this loss. Even now, days later, I feel tears fill into the wells of my eyes. I think, for the most part, it is the lack of happiness that she faced, that is the part that saddens me the most. Model Joy! (and disbelief)

I've been chosen for 2 Bettie Page tribute shoots over here... the first one was one that I had arranged earlier in the year but the photographer had to postpone due to ill-health, and the new one is a little bit further away and other models did reply (who I thought were more suitable) and the photographer has replied saying I will be perfect.

Anticipation...

I'm waiting for my first Stop Staring! dress to arrive today. I keep hearing sounds of cars outside and everytime I'm like "is that the UPS guy?!" and nope (yes I've been tracking the order, it is out for delivery right now). I ordered the dress specifically for the Big Bad Voodoo Daddy Holiday Concert in Las Vegas this weekend (anyone from PL going?). This is going to be the most expencive piece of clothing that I own. RIP Bettie Page. Her legend will live on!

Bettie Page, the 1950s pinup credited with helping to spark the next decade's sexual revolution, died in Los Angeles yesterday from pneumonia. She was 85. VERY much missing Bettie Page. I couldn't believe it when I heard it from a friend on Twitter. I have enjoyed her from the moment I ever saw her, and will continue to do so still. I take a bit of solace, in that Artist Dave Stevens who passed earlier (and way too young) is united with her again I'm sure, in a place where things are beautiful, and magical.

Hair for tonight! HELP!

I have an event at a gay club this evening (in about 14 hours to be precise). It's a human pony event at their kink night for XXX-Mas. So, it's gonna be me and a few other handlers with the ponies and lots of yummy gay boys in leathers and uniforms *fans self and purrs*

How...

Well I have noticed most pin up dolls seem to have a beautiful love for themselves but I have often wondered how they are able to do so...you see I am a...well heavier girl...and have a horrible self-esteem. I have a pholosophy...as long as I'm bashing myself it doesn't hurt or bother me if someone else has a rude comment to make.
