re-do

Today was a much better day! I re-took my test & passed! I also fixed my hair. It's actually "marinating" now. I cooked dinner. Now I am doing dishes & laundry while I wait on my hair to finish. I also studied some of the new chapter & that about sums it up. I gotta get ready for tomorrow. I am watching Roseanne. Only tomorrow & Thursday of this week, then Friday off. I need the break. Well laundry is done.

Monday Monday

It was a typical Monday. I had to go to school. I had a test, then hair cut, mani, pedi on a real life model. My mom drove three hours to be my model. I gave her a shampoo, cut, style. We went to lunch at one of my favorite 50's diners called Boom-a-rang. Then I gave her a manicure & pedicure. She then went three hours back to her house. Such a great gal. Trying to rebuild

It's Saturday. The weather is nice, for once. Sunny but not too hot. Nice breeze. My boyfriend & I dressed in our 50's finest. We went into town for a bit, got strange looks. We both enjoy it. Then home to work on the 56 ford pick up sitting in the drive way. It gets cloudy. Then darker & darker. Then, storms. I don't mind, but he wants to take it to Viva Las Vegas in April. just another friday

I got thru the day, it seemed kinda long. When I got home, as always I cleaned. When my boyfriend got home, we went & did what we do every Friday. Ate, rented movies, bought hot rod mags. Now we are at home. Relaxing. I'm trying to find a job. Money is the main reason. It seems it makes the world go round or stop sometimes. I have plans for the $ of course. At the Drive In

When I was little, as I have said before, I had a family who were & still are awesome. I'm lucky for that. My parents would pack snacks, drinks, blankets, chairs, pillows, & bug spray into the car on Friday night. Then we would all go to the Drive-In. It was a "dive" but I love things like that. I would like to thank those who suported me & those who didn't

Everything has a reaction. Everyone leaves a mark on somones life. Wether it's for a while or forever. My family & I have had our differences, but we still lean on eachother from time to time. I have been picked on my whole life. Different reasons. I was too "different" or someone viewed me as a "threat" which I had never set out to be. People can be very cruel. Along Came a Spider...

When I was little, I always ran to get someone to kill the bugs & spiders for me. My mom always said "they are more afraid of you, than you are of them" so then I started to kill them myself. I would trap them to go get a high heel to impale them with, or freeze them with hair spray. As I got older the hair spray would be teamed up with a lighter.
