Most of weight loss is based on what you eat (it is estimated to be about 80% of the equation). So it is always great when you can find something that tastes good and can help you either reach your goal or maintain it.

Normally I don't care if something says it is Low Carb or not, but these are a special case!
I have known about these for about 2 years, but just found them at Costco yesterday. I paid $4.79 for 20. That might sound expensive to some of you, however, that is the price I paid for just 10 at Vons (Safeway depending on where you live)
What is so good about these?? they are only 80 cals a piece! They also have 12 grams of fiber per tortilla and 8 grams of protein. That is just unheard of! So instead of using bread for a sandwich, wrap up some lunch meat, a piece of cheese and lettuce in one of these and save yourself a minimum of 100 cals! I like to scramble up some Egg Beaters and throw them in one of these for a great anytime meal that is only a max of 150 cals with tonssss of protein!
Just for a comparison, a slice of bread ranges around 80-100 cals, with usually 1 gram of fiber and 2 grams of protein if it is wheat bread.
Don't forget, fiber and protein both help you feel fuller longer. Fiber also helps lower cholesterol. These tortillas kick any bread's butt!
