I came across these fabulous pictures of the wonderful Lucille Ball at
glamour splash. What great pics of Lucy. Not only was she beautiful in street clothes, but she was a gorgeous pinup gal as well!

A shaft of light from nowhere, and his eyes couldn’t adjust, blinded by chrome and white. He shadowed the glare with his hand. A building pounded out of fifties chrome, brighter than neon in ten o’clock sun.

"Burlesque Movement and Props" by the award winning Katherine Lashe. Students will be instructed in basic movements and the use of typical burlesque props such as parasols, chairs, and fans. Class participation is required, so students attending the class should wear comfortable clothes and high heeled shoes or character shoes.
They should bring their own parasol, if they do not own one the

When I was a teenager, my very favorite Hollywood figure was not Madonna or Drew Barrymore. It was Norma Jean Baker. I had numerous biographies, posters, movies and even a life sized cardboard stand up in my room. I was fascinated by this woman who, despite having rough personal life, captured the hearts of millions of people. The more I read about this woman, the more I loved her, pitied her and wished I could have known her. She led a tragic life, riddled with substance abuse and rejection.…

Lucha Britannia at The Brits
Now, I know what you're thinking. What does wrestling have to do with What Katie Did? The answer is just as strange as you'd expect. Mam'zelle Maz and Miss Miranda who have both modelled frequently for us are appearing as part of the post Brits entertainment by
Lucha Britannia. The finale is a pillowfight between Mam'zelle Maz (bright pink frilly knickers, fully fashioned stockings and babydoll) and Miss Miranda…

It's a plain old monday night, so what do you do? You go to Bad Medicine of Course.
Metal and Hoes on Poles. Ridiculously cheap drinks. Enough said.
EPIC!
The pole dancers were so sweet as well :-) Lovley Ladies

I've grown out my bangs, so now they're an annoying length, swept to the right side of my face... I've been looking at photos of myself with bangs, and other pinup models with gorgeous sleek bangs and I have been asking myself if I should bring back the Bettie bangs?
What do you think?
Bangs?
Or no…

Just finished! Zombified vintage headvase. Shiny black hair, with leopard fabric wrap, bloodsoaked from the oozing zombie bite in her neck.
She's quickly turning into one herself, you can tell by the pale green veiny complexion and rotting flesh.
One side of her face has almost completely turned, leaving bloodied flaps of her skin and visible teeth where her cheek once was. The flesh has also…

Five cars ahead the freightcar snapped with the inertia of all the cars before it. If he didn’t jump, the train would throw him from the edge. Even if he could hold on the train would deliver him far from where he was meant to stop. And if he climbed back inside the car he’d have to contend with a load of steel pipe that was ready to waffle him under such a quick pull. He threw the backpack over the edge sidearm. “swing out and let go.” He straddled the gondola wall and scrambled to grip where…

Well then, well then, PinUp Friendees...
What's happening for
LR these days, then?
Well, first and foremost, we're proud to present issue # 003, February 2009's
Men's Special. Don't let that fact put you off, though, girls, because the photography is stunning! Although I know that our Editor In Chief, Rachel, would disagree (she liked last issue too much!), I think that this is our best yet, and I'd love for you all to have a look - it's free to read at…
