"We Are The New Vintage"

I think it depends on the content, the photographer, what the photo's intended for, and yourself. If you're comfortable with all of that, I don't see why you shouldn't. I just read an interview with Sabina Kelley where she said that she didn't do full nudity with the exception of Playboy and her shoot with David LaChappelle. It's one of the reasons she's one of my favorites. You can choose what you want to do and don't have to be pigeonholed into doing nudes often. I think Sabina's got it right and being selective adds to her appeal.
I find the photogs in this area (at least on Model Mayhem) only want nudes! There was this one who said I was not "edgy" cause I would not pose nude, since most girls pose nude now, wouldn't actually being fully clothed be considered edgy because it's not the norm?
Pinup is supposed to be about the tease and when I see nude models on any pinup site, I always think to myself, "that's not pinup!" What is the difference between a nude pinup and a nude stripper, pin curls?
I guess I feel my nekked body is for me to see or my hubby to see, not some creepy photog and dudes on pinup sites who say they care about the artistic nature of the photography, give me a break! Guys don't care about art, sorry! Plus you never know what can come back to haunt you later on down the road!
I have found a 1000 different creative ways to shoot myself, none of which are boring and all which do not compromise my level of comfort. Girls, don't ever let someone persuade you otherwise, you can achieve whatever you want with modeling, and STILL keep your top (and bottoms) on!
