Despite feeling like I had snacked a lot on crap (though I still kept account of it all and was within my limit), I felt even less confident this week or losing weight, but did! I lost 2.5lb!!!! If I lose at least 1.5lb next week I would have lost half a stone in 3 weeks!!!

I am so happy, and I am feeling it. I don't think it's hugely noticeable outwardly yet, but there is a slight less wobble where wobbles usually occur.

Turns out that my cycling to work every day actually earns me extra points as well - but I'm not going to use them in the main. I think I might carry some over to the odd weekend so I can have a couple of drinks, but other than that I will forget I have them and be well within my limit. In fact I am supposed to count all excersize for points, so my dancing is probably doing me good as well.

Speaking of dancing - took the day off work yesterday and went to Cheltenham to Missy Malone and Leyla Rose's workshop to learn fandancing and hone my shimmy and shaking skills. It was supremely awesome! The ladies are a delightful and super talented pair who made everyone feel warm and at ease. It was a great workshop and I learnt a hell of a lot. Definitely worth the time and money :D

Wooo! Well done! You can do that 1.5 lbs! I've always wanted to do one of those workshops, so I might look into doing one in the future
