Well how do I begin? I wake this morning thinking it's gonna be a beautiful, perfect day...thinking I'll go to the bank and pay off some of my student loans. And do my grocery shopping for the week why not? I could try a new recipe in my "How It All Vegan" book. Yup, perfect...then I get a call to come into work..on my day off, why? So they can tell me my job's been downsized due to the economic downturn. Wonderful!!!

F****** fantastic! Never mind that this job is the ONLY source of income I have. The ONLY way I can pay my bills, debts and save a little money. No that's doesn't f****** matter to these a*******...after all it's my life NOT theirs. I'm the one living in poverty NOT them.
The President of the Pizza Pizza corporation sent me a Christmas card in December..maybe I'll send it back to him and tell him to shove it up his behind. : P
Oh yeah..I'm kinda bitter. I think you would be too if you were in my situation. But you're not so lucky you!!

If you've NEVER been downsized, if you don't really need to work to make money consider yourself VERY f****** lucky! And pray that the folks who are now destitute don't storm the gates with pitchforks...

I wish I could write about something POSITIVE for a change. I wish I could say my life is perfect. I don't want people to feel sorry for me I really don't! But this system is NOT making it easy. I really wish we lived differently, in a society where everyone could have a roof over their heads and food to eat..It's a BASIC human right it should NOT be denied to anyone.
And that's pinko my rant for the evening!
