How would I get the jelly in there? I like this idea and want to try it out. Perhaps if I cut a circle out, like with butterfly cakes, and make the circle the face? That might work I suppose. I think I just answered my own question...

Yes, how do you get jelly in there? I suppose you'd have to mutilate the cupcake in some way...which would be appropiate for Zombie cupcakes...My Zombie cupcakes are just vanilla with white frosting (like corpse white) and I splatter "blood" (red food colouring) all over their faces. For the Evil Crazy Clowns I used the red coloring to make scarred smiles like you know who. And used smarties for the hair and eyes. You'll see once I post the pics.
oh yeah and the clown cupcakes were double chocolate...yum!
