www.Picnik.com is my new favorite toy.  I started using them primarily for text editing, but they have a lot of really fun gadgets, among them the Vampire and Zombie brushes.

Forgot to mention the Ghostify and Scary Movie Poster effects, also a lot of fun.  You need an account to use those, but a one year membership is only $25 and I've already gotten my money's worth in just the past 2 months, they have a TON of great tools.
