I'll admit it, I'm totally addicted to magazines. Glossy pages, fashion trends, and page size adds telling about the newest lipstick on the market, what's not to love?

My modern favs are Allure and Harper's Bazaar. I like the fact that every month it's the exact same format. I can find what I want to read and skip the crap. I also love the interviews they do. More Fergie, yes please! And of course, the fashion!!

My sub-culture favs are Rockabilly Mag, although I wish it was all glossy and no black & white. I love when they do spreads on events. Best way to catch up on and see pics from what I missed half way across the country. And of course Retro Lovely, because how can you not like all that Pretty in one place!

So I'm wondering, what's your favorite magazine? Modern (like Cosmo) or lifestyle related (like Retro Lovely)? One of each maybe? Why? What is it about that mag that keeps you going back every month?

I'm into Fashion, beauty, music culture and Pin-Up,I subscribe to Allure, W and Vogue, Fun to get my hands on International fashion magazines :)I like Rolling Stone,Heavy Metal, Paper, Interview, and also like to peek inside Men's magazine's like Details, Esquire, Men's Health or GQ. And for obvious reasons Pin-Up magazines like Retro Lovely, Pin-Up Perfection, The Pin-Up Magazine, Vintage Kittens etc...I love vintage magazines too...I was very excited to get my hands on a couple vintage copies of Tease! ...and I will admit that I read Playgirl when it was available on the new stands , for more than the pictures...it was bold, entertaining, sexy and well written...I'm always on the look out to discover new magazines....
Subscribed to Allure. I just ended my subscription to W and do not intend to resubscribe anytime soon. I liked not even half of what they put out in the past year so. I like a variety though so this is a tough one. I also like InStyle and some men's mags but not into full on smut, mainly Esquire maybe GQ. I do like Fitness for both men and women but honestly if there is someone or something on the mag that I really like or admire like makeup/clothing featured in it or hairstyles I might like then I will buy it. I sometimes buy a Celebrity Hairstyle mag since there tends to be a fun variety of color and style. A lot of celebs often to do a glamorous look for red carpet events and I like that. I do get baby mags as well after all I like to keep up on what is best and fun or interesting pertaining to my tiny tot. :) I have a massive collection of mags that I have to sort out now and then to see what is worth hanging onto and what I can do without. I even have a few beauty/clothing/perfume sample scrapbooks that I put together as I toss what I don't want. It's fun and not a total waste that way.
My all time favorite ever is Bizzare magazine. I love LOVE THEM, specifically for the fetish models, like Mosh.
I love the french "Tatouage magazine" and "Rise". 2 wonderful magazines about tattoos, art, culture, music... And i also read an english one sometimes, "Skin deep UK". And just for the pictures and the culture pages, i read Kustom magazine. I don't care about the cars but there is always beautiful pictures of pin-ups in it ^^ I'm planning on send them some pictures of my clothing. Pictures of beautiful dresses, taken in garage ^^
I love the smaller, indy publications especially since I know how much work goes into creating them. I used to publish Modern Lounge Magazine many moons ago and even though it was a tremendous undertaking, I still miss it!
I'm a photography geek so I get Outdoor Photographer, American Photo and Popular Photography each month. I used to subscribe to a bunch of fashion mags and People but since I'm downsizing and trying to be more economical I only get Glamour now. I chose to keep that one over all others because you can get everything in one mag...fashion, gossip, home articles and insightful articles about politics or social issues. As far as subculture mags go..I love to peruse the tattoo, motorcycle (since my husband rides) and classic car mags when I'm waiting for my scripts to be filled at Walgreens! I hope that one day I will see my work in one of them! :)
Playgirl LOL JUST JOKING!! haha... No but seriously, I used to love the Rolling  Stones magazine, then Cosmo, I got into a cartoon mag Heavy Metal ( I don't even know if they make it anymore) and then dropped out of mags for awhile. Every once in awhile, I pick up something in the isle, mostly TIME, and can't put it down and buy it. I went from exciting to boring over night it seems.

My hubby buys a lot of Hot Rod mags and I take a gander at those...Car Kulture DeLuxe, Streetrodder, etc.

I really wish Atomic was still around, I have every copy and they were great for music, beauty & fashion, home decor...

I subscribe to Country Living for their great decorating ideas and lifestyle. I also buy Makeup Artist Magazine, Fangoria & Gothic Beauty.

I like Marie Claire, Vogue, Lucky and vintage life magazine (I have a online subscription).  I am planning on buying a retro lovely magazine this weekend.
Allure Magazine is my favorite but I have to say that Seventeen Magazine was the mag for me during my teen years -
I forgot about Vintage Life and The Pin Up Mag. I get both of those and really like them.
I love that magazine, it's been my go to for years.
