I need to peel off some pounds for a up coming shoot! Need some model secrets and advice.

Run.

Literally!

Run for cardio and cut your calorie intake.

Pilates will help stretch and lengthen your muscles so your muscles don't bulk up after a workout.
Lots of Cardio!! Also watch your salt intake. Salt can make your retain water.
Join roller derby!
have you tried a strict 5gs per day of carbs diet, with like 20-40 mins of work out you can burn like a kilo per day!
Atkins? I've been doing it the last 3 months, lost like 15 kilos!
If you just want to drop a quick few for the shoot, and aren't worried about doing it healthy or keeping it off go for a cleanse. The master cleanse can be done for 2 weeks, eating all melons will let you drop about a pound a day, the cabbage soup diet (ewww) is a "good" choice, and there is always the juice diet. All of these will work to drop a few lbs, although it will be mostly water weight, but hey, if it's just for a shoot, that's all you need.

Just remember, none of these are healthy, and you won't keep the weight off, but for a quick fix, good luck!!
I lost 58 lbs in 14 months through good old eating right and exercise. I only drink water too. beer, soda and bottled fruit juices are so full of sugar. I have kept the weight off for 1 year now. I had high blood pressure, but not anymore...yay! veggies and baked chicken or turkey breast. yummmm
Thanks all of you! I will try it all. I have a detox I am on with the Akai berry. I will run to see what it will do. I need to loose some wieght... as you all know pictures add lbs.
