The recipe is making it from scratch, but my first thought when I saw the picture was, what a great idea for serving leftovers. Especially those little bits of turkey that aren't quite whole pieces, but big enough chunks that you can't just throw them out, just stick them together with gravy to form that layer instead of using ground turkey.

Because, really, how bad can something be if the instructions include "stick all that together with gravy"?
