No bread? I don't drink soda, and the only time I have to eat with my fiance is after 8pm. I know I shouldn't, but it's the first time he gets to eat somedays. Well. I think I can try the no eating after 8pm, but bread? I might die haha.

You don't have to stop eatting bread but if you do eat it you want to eat more whole grain with fiber and protein
