Well, I finally get to see a light in the tunel called My Diploma Sculptures. I've happily reached the point when I was able to cast them in wax - and amazingly nothing broke off! Now the things left to do is attaching inlets for air and metal, making the investment (one DIRTY job!), getting it cast in metal (thank goodness I don't have to do it... I'm at the same time happy and worried... cause the school's foundry is a notorious mess-up and i won't get to cast a copy of my work - they are unique), polishing, filing and adding some patina (which is basically setting it on fire...) and VIOLA! Gosh I hope I make it on time!
I'd post photos of what my works look like now... but it's not pin-ups so I guess I won't (unless a foot fetish is allowed lol)
