FREEDOM!!!!!

Ok, so like ive wanted to get into burlesque forever!!!! i remeber being like 14 and seeing a documentary on dita von tesse and thinkin how good she looked in her clothes in every picture she had... that was the moment that REALLY sealed the deal...
Since then ive had to finish education jus to hav my own schedule.... Now Ive finally graduated with and honours degree from university and am raring to go!!!
PROBLEM.... i live in birmingham, england where the facilities are sooooo limited. Of course I could constantly travel three hours each way every week to a school in london to get the type of standard i want however with a baby business to grow with my dad stability is key!!!
SOLUTION.... so i signed up to a few sites like MoB and PL....and found a few groups that operate in me area...although it is only once a month there is a regular show that takes place down here, my first big whoop!!! But frends, all of mine who said they were interested r too broke, or working [stupid office jobs] or whatever to even go out to a show let alone take a class with... but I think im courageous enuff to go it alone... And then there was PL-CHAT!!! talking to another [new] frend on here who advised me to start a group in my area and build from there... so that is what i shall do!!

I used to feel very trapped by my situation but with a lil conversation and some like-minded frendly folk there is a light at the end of the tunnel... Also, the comment left for mr on the page with encouragement has beent he BEST boost ever!!!
