Tell us a little about yourself! (details or get declined)
I'm an on-again off-again hairstylist with a love of all things vintage. I like my music on vinyl, my clothing second hand (or homemade) and I never leave the house without my eyeliner. I recently lost 80 pounds (all gained due to a bad reaction with medication, ick) so my current hobby has been re-designing and re-sewing all my old clothes from a size 20 to a size 8, haha. I love arts and crafts (especially those involving power tools) - everything from refinishing furniture to painting pictures.

I'm a rabid reader of all things science fiction, from Bradbury to Zelazny. I'm not a vegetarian, but I won't touch poultry and I love tofu - though I like my steak rare.

I'm not a model, but I have modeled for photographers and art classes - nothing like being naked for a bunch of college freshmen for 10 bucks an hour, haha.

Shaved and drawn on eyebrows look great...until you get tired of the effort and decide to grow them back...

I always do this, I always shave off my eyebrows so I can draw on better ones, then get tired of waking up looking like The Man Who Fell to Earth in drag and decide to grow them back. I have charming halfies at the moment, haha. I need to remind myself the next time I get creative with my brows about the hassles of growing them back in!

The boy (my own personal long, tall Texan who misses his state immensely) and I are planning on moving to The Lone Star State sometime in the coming year, probably after the hot Arkansas summer can turn into a dreary, wet winter. My choice would be San Antonio (one of the most beautiful cities I have had the pleasure to visit) but Austin looks more likely since my cousin attends college there and the cost of living appears lower.
