I've been reading the forums on MM and other castings and I'm a little disturbed by some of the negative attitudes. First let me say, I lucked into my first pin-up shoot! I've modeled before, but not in pin-up. I am now doing another shoot with the same photographer and a special F/X artist. It's going to be a dead dolly pin-up horror shoot =) I am also on MM and I have made sure I keep my page at the security level that's in my comfort range. I've had a few GYAH moments, but that's why you can ignore people on the site and block them. Overall, I'm enjoying MM. My overall advice is to go with your gut. If it seems hinky then don't do it! I just don't want people to fear going for what they want. It's not easy, but if you love it, it's completely worth it.

Thanks for your thoughts, this would have been great to post in the original thread asking about MM thoughts. Descriptive titles also help people know what they're about to get into so I'll update it for you this time ;)

I'm actually from the chicago area and it seems that unless your willing to show a little tit or pay them no one is really interesting. I've been doing a lot of TFP shoots and would love to get compensated at least once with money instead of pics. Do you have any suggestions or recommendations on how to go about this?
