Wow all of the pics of ugly shoes are interesting to say the least. I never could get into the ugs... I just didn't like them. Oh and I have seen someone wearing something like the donkey hooves. Umm but they were at a fetish party and had more things to pull off their horse look..... The things I get myself into and see by working with the mag I work with. Some things get pretty downright wierd. lol.

Holy crap those are some ugly shoes!! Almost all of them! Anything that looks like hooves or feet is not ok!! NOT OK! I agree that the original crocs are hideous too, I hate who ever invented those. As for the runway shoes, I like to think of them as art, not shoes, it makes it easier to stomach them, lol. However... I love Uggs, lol. I just bought two new pairs yesterday, a pair of boots and the slippers.

But these, I will never wear!!

I dont like UGGS, but I can understand tht they could be comfy and awesome for colder weather. I always have a pair of flip flops or crocks handy at car show modeling gigs... my feet love me for it. not to mention it reduces the risk of scuffing up pretty heels. the crocks I own look like flats, but SOOO much more comfy- xo

I saw a guy in the military I know wearing the "toe shoes" last weekend. They are supposedly better for running, and are ok for wearing in the water, but damn, they are just hideous.

I totally saw this article on Yahoo and thought of posting it as well!!

Those last shoes are made for runners who like the sensation of running barefoot... apparently running barefoot makes your foot land more towards the middle of your foot instead of all on the heel, so it may help cut back on injuries and knee problems. They do say that only experienced runners should run in them though, so that confuses me a bit.

Those first shoes, the hoof ones, would be awesome for so many cosplay uses (I've always wanted to try my hand at Pan from Pan's Labyrinth!) XD

And yes, Uggs are just awful. As Yahoo said, they're like cockroaches: they just won't die!!

yea... it's amazing how 119 degree weather will change a person. I hated sandals/flip-flops, HATED them until I moved here to Vegas. I've now had my Adidas pair for over 3 years now. I believe Edson was the one who said there is no excuse for wearing them??? yeeeeeeaaaa.... us desert folk disagree with that one.

once again, I have no shame wearing these in public. well.... that black ones anyway. I wear the blue ones only for running outdoors, the black pair are my indoor running/work ones
