My grandmother just passed away yesterday. She was born in 1924 and we are all very sad and greiving now. We had a language barrier so I never could have any deep conversations with her, but I loved her dearly. She used to make super awesome food from scratch even if you said you were only staying for a few minutes. So in honor of my grandmother Angelina B. Llorente I just wanted to post a young picture of her because i think she was beautiful. The picture scanned a little funny, but here it is:

Aww hun, I'm so sorry. She was gorgeous. I just lost my great-gramma in May, and she was also born in 1924. She cooked everything from scratch, and if she didn't have the right ingredients she made due and it tasted just as good if not better. ;-) I know just how you feel, it's hard and it hurts. I try and just remember the good times, the funny stories, all the happy things. Yeah, I still cry every now and then, but you have to be able to remember and smile as well. <3
