Page customization

I'm sure this has been covered elsewhere, but I can't find it. How do I customize my page with a special layout? I've seen some of you do it and it looks really cool. I just am not tech-savvy enough to figure it out.

I'm really good with CSS stuff, and I can't even figure out how to do total customization with PL profiles. Simple color changes, yeah, but that's about it. I haven't toyed around with it all too much, but should I ever get bored, I definitely will. Is there anything in particular you were wanting? I can use your ideas as experimentation. =0}

Oooooo bring on the CSS! There is an advanced tab where you can play with CSS ;)
