I had a baby 10 months ago and I have managed to pack on the pounds during and after my pregnancy. I need to loose 50 pounds to get where I used to be. I know "I'm the only one who change myself"...blah blah blah. I just can't seem to get motivated. Does anyone have advice for someone who can't seem to find motivation within themselves, doesn't have a positive support team, isn't a "workout 24/7" kind of girl, and (to be honest with myself) somewhat lazy? I really need help girls. I need my sexy back!

If you can't find them at Walmart, GNC has 'em...you can also find them on Ebay, and @ Fullbar.com

hey, at least you didn't gain over 75lbs! ((ahem...me))

I have to lose another 50 until I'm back to a healthy weight. (150) but I think I'm super sexy now! plus, I have my 3 kids , which i wouldn't trade for anything! :D

anyway...I use Fullbars. They're awesome, you eat one before breakfast, and one before dinner, and it fills up your tummy, so your brain says "stop eating!"

it REALLY works. (my 25 lbs down is proof!)

Good luck Doll Face! And remember, that you're sexy right now! the sooner you learn that, the sooner you'll start taking better care of your sexy self! ;)
Check out this thread http://www.pinuplifestyle.com/forum/topics/the-perfect-bodywhat-do-.... Lots of great advice there.
FYI:

I am now down 39.5 pounds since the end of July! Weight Watchers works, I tell yah!
hi' don't be too hard on yourself when I had my baby it took me about a year to get back on track. Plus I'm not sure where you r from but in the winter it's hard to get motivation. Naturally our bodies just want to eat goodies and rest all the day lol but if you must I think what you can do is have a picture in handy of how you looked in your ideal weight and you can keep your calories and activities on track on a site I found and am trying myself. It's pretty cool you don't need to diet you just enter what you eat and see if it's within the calorie intake specifically for you. I don't excersise much and don't like diets and I have already lost a pound in one week. Here's the site www.livestrong.com go into my daily plate and all the best of luck!

One other thing is to maybe find someone in your life or who lives near you that you can buddy with on this. Ive not had luck with doing that but others I know have and sometimes it helps to keep you motivated.
I use an app on my phone called Calorie Counter....it allows me to log food, weight, etc etc. and it's FREE! I find when when I track everything that I consume, I'm much more careful about it.
My friend Jessica uses that and she's lost 28 pounds since October! It really works well. She said I was her inspiration to start losing weight :-)

That's awesome! Good for you. I have all the WW tools, just need to get a daily log. Need to go in and get one today. :)

My friend was on the carlorie counting thing and to support her, I said I would do it too. We used myfitnesspal.com You don't change the way you eat at first, just eat regularly, then input everything you ate throughout the day. I started this while I was on vacation and one day, I consumed 3346 calories! That's like 3x the amount I was supposed to have. It's not a "diet" but its more of a reality check at what you're eating. It definitely changed the way I look at food. Plus, on the site, when you exercise, it'll tell you how many calories you burned and add that back to how many calories you are allowed per day.
down 42.5 pounds since the last week of July! Weight Watchers really works!
