Shaved and drawn on eyebrows look great...until you get tired of the effort and decide to grow them back...

I always do this, I always shave off my eyebrows so I can draw on better ones, then get tired of waking up looking like The Man Who Fell to Earth in drag and decide to grow them back. I have charming halfies at the moment, haha. I need to remind myself the next time I get creative with my brows about the hassles of growing them back in!

In the past I've even bleached them white until they fill out (and then dye them back black) so that little strays are less noticeable, but this time… Continue

I should have been born a Texan.

The boy (my own personal long, tall Texan who misses his state immensely) and I are planning on moving to The Lone Star State sometime in the coming year, probably after the hot Arkansas summer can turn into a dreary, wet winter. My choice would be San Antonio (one of the most beautiful cities I have had the pleasure to visit) but Austin looks more likely since my cousin attends college there and the cost of living appears lower.
