I know that Vestige Photography will travel to places where there are a large group of girls who want to shoot with her. If you want to shoot something soon I'm sure there are some great local photographers in your area as well. I'm so sorry to hear about you dad passing away. I think getting a tattoo to remember him by is a lovely idea. You could either do a lovely portrait of him or a combination of a few things that remind you of him or an image of something special that meant something to both of you. As to where you should place it that's really a personal choice. If it's something you want to be able to see everyday then I would say somewhere on you arm but if you want something larger the upper back is always a great place.
