Unfortunately some changes were made on the server that rendered our IM code inoperable. I hope to be able to add the functionality once again in the near future. Thanks for your understanding.

More like without our control, a change in the architecture. The feature just needs to be updated to comply with the new architecture. Not sure when that will happen.
