Waist Training tips?

Hey guys! I've been researching and contemplating waist training for quite some time now. I was wondering if anyone else had done this and had any tips for a newbie? I'm naturally 24 inches at the waist. Should I start with a 22 inch waspie/waist cincher or a 20? How many hours a day should I wear it?

A 20inch cincher would be a better investment because most cinchers have a 4 inch range, if you were to buy a 22inch you wouldn't get much use out of it. (and they are expensive!!)

I would definitely talk to a lot of pros before embarking on waist training. It takes years of every day commitment to get the best results. You don't want to hurt yourself and you don't want to do something "half assed" (not that you would, of course!).

I do it sometimes..You should diet while doing it..I'd wear it about 5 hours a day..I SHOULD BE lol.
Oh and I spent 200 on mine and I can already close it..

I have two cinchers in my wardrobe, one at 2" and one at 4" less than my natural waist. I should be wearing them more often, but self-lacing is a pain! Tips? Tricks? Hints?

lol...i'm a vegetarian who lives on a diet! no soda, fried foods, etc. I also lived in China for awhile, so my stomach shrunk A LOT from not being able to eat anything but rice while I was there.
From the remarks so far, I'm guessing I'll get a 20 inch. Anyone know of any good places to get one? I think I want a light colored, breathable fabric like cotton. Most of the cinchers I seem to be finding online are satin or leather...not comfortable for everyday!
