I am laughing myself sick over THE PORKGASM!
My favourite bit? The cross-section looks like real insides! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!! And I would totally snarf on it.

Turducken has been my Holy Grail of food (except for the clam stuffing part - ick) since I first read about it on the Gumbo Pages. The full-on recipe from Chef Paul Prudhomme is included - now there's a man that loved food! SFPJ, if you don't have a copy of his family cookbook, I think you will greatly enjoy it. Lots of deep frying and eating bits of things you probably shouldn't.

Meatloaf cake is pretty! "Little pillows of meat"? Priceless.
