Clueless on Pinup Do's for my new short locks!

Ive recently cut my hair into a stacked Swing Bob and am doing an amateur Vintage Pinup shoot with a few of my girlfriends this weekend... does ANYONE have any suggestions on what type of styles I should shoot for! Please leave your thoughts! Im tempted to possibly going to buy a fake ponytail or some hair pieces as well.. would love to try to work with what I got first though.. ;-)

You should also consider subscribing to the Cosmo Lounge! They offer GREAT tips that you can use for hair of any length. Actually one of their Go Big or Go Home videos (about backcombing) is specifically for short hair - and absolutely adorable!!

Well I would probably try to set it in small to medium rollers to give it that classic bounce, try to sweep the front over to one side with a little spit curl, and either pin the opposite side form the bang area back just behind the ear or leave it all down around you face, kinda like a Marilyn Monroe look. the picture below is perfect! :)

Gracias Pin-Up Hair Designer! I love every hair design I have seen by you... so wonderful... I do have a 1/2 in barrel curling iron in my hair creation stash.. I love the soft curls she has.. better get to playing around tonight! Thanks a million! ;)

The model in this photo is Mather. I believe this was a shoot for Stop Staring Clothing. I styled her hair with a small curling iron, I think it was a 1/2" diameter barrel. After setting it, I brushed it out into a soft curl. Very easy style for a Bob with layers.
