I cannot decide weather I wanna go the full restoration route with the coke machine and make it look shiny and new or if I wanna give it a good scrub down but keep it aged looking. what are your thoughts?

I think it has the potential to look good either way. But just for the sake of saving $$$$, try scrubbing it down first....just to see what's under there. If you're not happy with it then, I'd say go for the full restoration job

My initial reaction to the photo was 'dang.. it looks good the way it is!' I personally dig the aged look, but I think the deciding factor for me would be how it would look in your kitchen. If your kitchen is perfect and sparkly, an old Coke fridge may throw it off. I think it IS safe to say that you can't really go wrong either way... :)

I think it would be a ton of fun to clean it up, but you should do whatever will look best in your kitchen.

Start with it scrubbed and then paint it later. :) Abuse the best of both worlds!
