Who is your favorite lowbrow or pinup artist?

My favorite lowbrow artist is probably Coop. I want to get a tattoo of one of his girls. I really like the Bride of Frankenstein and female Creature from the Black Lagoon. He is so awesome!

Alberto Ruiz - I love love LOVE the way he draws women and will never stop kicking myself for missing him when he was in town a couple of years ago at our ComiCon. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. He publishes collections every so often as Brandt Studio. Definitely worth it!

Gotta love the Gil Elvgren pin ups! I have a coffee table book and a 2009 agenda full of his artwork. Thanks to BMV bookstore (they have lots of books with old school pin ups). I also like Ed Roth and Johnny Crap. I need to find out more about Olivia looks really good from what I've seen. I think I tried drawing one of her Bettie Paige paintings.She' s dressed as a devil biting the whip she's holding..so cute!
