Running, 30mins then a warm shower!
Bartending a busy night...I've been wanting to put one of those mile trackers on my belt to see just how much I walk when I'm working!
the 7-11. 7 sets/11 reps per set.

pick the highest amount of weight i feel comfortable with. then i do 11 reps as fast as i can without sacraficing form. I then immediately move down to the next weight level(without pause) and repeat the 11 reps. i continue to do this untill im down to the very last plate. finally an easy 1 mile run on the treadmill to wind down.

this regiment is meant to shed weight, gain strength, not bulk.

Seriously though: walking. Nothing gets results for me like walking.
