Here's a place we can talk about our favorite products and share. What can you not live without? Hopefully we can all take from each others suggestions!

Here are a couple things I use all of the time:

MAC Select Cover Up: A dab goes a long way! Great for covering blemishes and lasts FOREVER.

Cover Girl Outlast Lipcolor #556:
I put this on pretty much everyday when I'm just being casual. It's a mauve color that simply looks like a healthy natural lipcolor with one thin coat. It stays on all day unless you eat something greasy. It comes with a balm stick too which isn't ueber glossy so your boyfriend will kiss you without being grossed out from stickiness!

Cover Girl Lash Exact in very black.
You can apply just one coat and get a natural lash or apply several coats to get big butterfly lashes without looking like spider legs. I usually apply two or three coats. Only thing is I love it so much I go through it quicker! Guess it's a good thing because it makes me buy new mascara more often since you are supposed to change mascaras every three months to prevent bacteria from spreading in your wand.

What's in your kit?

Max Factor Volume Couture mascara in black. It's funny because I started trying MaxFactor lash product when I saw the makeup credits for I Love Lucy (i think lucille balle was FAB-U-LOUS).

Smashbox Photofinish Foundation primer....keeps my foundation PUT.

Anastasia of Hollywood brow kit....i got a really good deal on it at a makeup convention I went to. It comes with wax, concealer, 5 stencils, and every shade of powder, so even if you don't want to tweeze your eyebrows down (like i have) you can cover them up and put new ones on!

shu uemura mini eyelash curler: For starters, it's adorable!! But i already have pretty long lashes so I can use this to target the lashes on the outer corner of my eye, giving a false-lash effect.

Urban Decay liquid eyeliner in Perversion: It's just your basic black eyeliner but the brush is so versatile because you can use the tip for thin lines and the side for thicker lines.

As long as I have those items on hand, I can make ANY shadow work.
Great thread!

Stila Sheer Color - it's a tinted moisturizer, so it keeps my skin healthy and has just enough coverage.

Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion - keeps my eyeshadow in place and crease free all day!

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eyeliner - Goes on super dark like liquid eyeliner and doesn't smudge after it's on.

Lancome Hypnose Mascara - All around amazing stuff, makes my eyelashes look unreal (in a good way!)

Sephora Brand Eyebrow Palette - I've found it works just as well (if not better) than Anastasia, and it's way cheaper!

Rosebud Salve - The best for dry lips, hands down. Doesn't make you feel like you have to keep applying it or your lips will get dryer, like chapstick.. its just soooo moisturizing.
Revlon ColorStay lip color in non-stop cherry and scarlet. They do not come off. There great for when Im at work on a long shift and they don't bleed out everywhere.

Manic panic virgin pressed powder. I have it in white I love it. I have to be carefull aplying it to my nose though. you no what I mean? Powdering your nose. lol

Quo lashes, there the best. I love the super long lashes for my shoots and I use the cluster ones in the outer corners.
I'm going to go shopping tomorrow...don't have a Sephora in Asheville though...poo !
Besame' lipsticks! besame' red is oh lal la perfect. its matte and privetely owned. all of her products come in cute vintage compacts and tubes! makes a girl feel glamorus.
Max Factor Volume Couture mascara in black
Revlon Pressed Powder in Fair (the only full coverage powder I can find light enough for me)
I love MAC, Max Factor and Revlon red lipsticks.
I have millions of eye shadows from L'oreal's HIP collection as well as Merle Norman, MAC, Revlon, and more.

I buy make up when I don't need it! This is a major problem of mine!
I also stay away from liquid foundations b/c my skin is sooooo oily. I only put it under my eyes. I usually use the fairest liquid I can find!

I HATE Cover Girl... it's made of terrible acids!

We just got a HUGE Ulta, I'm VERY excited. Sephora is also one of my FAVORITE FAVORITE FAVORITE make up brands. I love their creme lipstick.
ordering from sephora.com is more fun anyway because of all the free samples you get!!! my grandmother taught me to order each thing separately so you get more samples. it's an awesome way to try new product because a lot of that stuff is too expensive to use one, hate it, and throw it away.

i've fallen in love with a lot of great products this way, and it's also kept me from buying things that i assumed would be good but hated!

I love a million things. I do have to agree with Urban Decay Primer Potion! It is great, I ran out of it and was using Bare Escentuals Eye primer which is actually quite good if you wan tot try that one out too.
Mascara-Lash Injection by Too Faced, wow, really really gives you lashes, however, it is a little weird to take off, it will come off in tubes and make you think your eyelashes are coming out too, even though they aren't...
I think my favorite red lipstick is Russian Red by MAC, a good cheap option is Alarm by Rimmel, surprisingly shiny and long lasting for such a cheap lipstick!
GREAT topic! I'll have to try the lipstick and definitely the mascaras that were recommended as I've never found one that I'm in-love with. Thanks for the tip girls!
Thanks for the tip! Free samples you say? I plan on checking it out ASAP.

I use Cover Girl lipstick and mascara frequently and am interested in what you said about it containing acids. Please inform me considering I am putting mascara near my EYEBALLS!
I've tried SO many different mascaras and really love the Exact Lash. It would be a bummer to find out it's bad for me. :(

Yah you get 3 free samples with every Sephora.com order and if you join their free beauty insider club you get a deluxe size sample too (which is usually something worth having) and every $100 you spend you can choose a gift which either a deluxe sample or sometimes a full size product.
