Cold Weather Pin Ups. What to wear and how to wear it.

So I'm all about folding up my jeans and having capris on EVERYDAY in the summer... unless I have on a cute sundress. So what the heck am I gonna do come winter? It happenes every year, I get all grumpy after fall when I feel like it's time to retire my pencil skirts and halter dresses and peep toes and .... I'm just not happy about it. I feel like I can't a good vintage style going with freakin' pants on. What do you ladies wear in the winter? Am I the only wimp that tucks her cute skirts in the back of the closet?

Winter time is the best time to break out that pendleton wool skirt or suit combo with some nylons and a cute coat:D
Unfortunately its been an exceptionally warm winter at 80°here and cant wear them right now :/

I am from Southern California where this was not an issue but here in Cleveland when the snow is to your knees you have to find other means.  Stock up on some cute high waisted jeans and cigarette pants.  If there isn't much snow pencil skirts with a cardigan and some stockings works ok as long as you don't work outside.  For the freezing dress down days a pair of jeans with biker boots or saddle shoes is my go to.  And a long wool coat that has a good shape to it is a must.  Throw that thing over pants, skirts or a big ol' fluffy dress and you are set!
