Hey everyone :)

So I wanted to try and walk with High Heels again, they are 16cms.! I decorated them on my own and thought, okay, they don't have a thin heel and Plateau, they must be comfy!

Well...wrong thought. My feet hurt as hell after 10minutes.

So I can definately sa, they are too high for me, and I should start lower. But are there any nice Shoes, with a bit Heel?

I can only find ballet flats and High Heels, but nothing with only 5cm, which also looks nice!

And are more expensive Heels more comfy than cheap ones?

Thanks for all tips and have a nice day :)

Check out wedges/espadrilles, you can find low ones and they are comfortable. Also check out remix shoes, they have some great vintage, low heeled styles. http://www.remixvintageshoes.com/

I don't know your price range but if you really want to splash out I'd check out Miss L Fire or Irregular Choice, if not Deichmann do comfy heels.

I hope that helped!

I can give you only my opinion about it. First of all, expensive high heels are not better than, let's say normal priced. Forget the cheap one, because they are for sure not comfortable.

On high heels you need to learn walking. Every day a little bit more. Not to much in one go. I think, an hour will be enough to start. Your feet and your muscles must get used to this special, different thing. The 16 cm you show in the photo are definately nothing for beginners. The hights of your shoes depents also of your feet size. I saw some webpages which give you a calculator for an optimum hights depending on weight and size. If you confirm it, it will give you excellent comfort.

And of course, there are some interesting pumps which are a little more flat, between 5-7 cm, more comfort. But .. they are mostly a little old fashioned.

unfortunately, for me anyway, more expensive tends to be more comfy. In a 6 inch heel I feel like I am teetering forward and can't walk a step.  LOL  You can add extra insole pads to your shoes and it helps.

great advice from all of you. i diffently think that because i am tall and have small feet high heels make me very unstable.  love that Re Mix source. thanks kids.

I always shy away from cheap shoes, but they don't always have to be Christian Louboutins.  Sure, we all love a deal but downright cheap shoes rarely benefit anything other than our wallet.  Recently I bought a pair of Gianni Bini Mary Janes from Dillard's and they have been the most comfortable (and durable) pair of heels I own.  At 75.00 they weren't too terribly expensive but they weren't a pair of cheap Charlotte Russe shoes either.  I say they are durable because my man got mad and wanted to destroy something one night and that was the first thing he could get his hands on.  He picked that Mary Jane up and tried to break the heel off of it and couldn't.  This being the man that can break ANYTHING; he snaps a broom handle in half every time he tries to sweep.  He bought me those shoes and he was very impressed with his purchase after that!
