Found a blog through galadarling.com that has pictures of Egypt in the 1920's. Beautiful shots of the scenery and it's people. The most interesting part is that some things look as though they have not changed.

Wow! They this pictures don't look they have changed at all. They could have been taken when I went there in 2001. Except Abu Simbel is not near the water like that anymore. They had to move it because of flooding issues.
