Just take things slowly and methodically. I don't go about giving advice but I will say something. Forget about diets.
I try to exercise everyday. But just do whatever you can.
The less you can eat processed foods, the better.
And what helped me the most over the past year to get to the weight I was in high school, a very long time ago, was to drastically cut down on carbs.
Most importantly, love yourself unconditionally!
good luck doll! I was at 253.6 and now Im down to 240.2 you can do it! Im still on my way to lose. My goal is to get to 200. and for a lot of people that still might seem like a heavy weight, but with my body type its actually perfect.

Good luck!! I just started a new workout routine from Tiffany Rothe Workouts on YouTube. It's great. The time flies by and you can definitely tell that you're working the muscles. I lost 30 pounds last year through diet and exercise and now that I have started modeling I am trying to trim inches, not really lose much more weight, as I love my curves and don't want to lose them. It's definitely not easy, but when you reach your first goal, it's an awesome feeling! :)
