I've been working out a lot more, because I was too damn tired with my laziness! I've been toning up my legs, butt, and arms, but I'm so worried about losing my hourglass shape! Any good workouts to have a toned, but curvy physique? Please help, ladies!

Dita Von Teese has a waist measurement of between 22" and 23", so unless you have the genetics it's impossible to get a "Dita Von Teese" body.
I guess what I meant was how to tone without losing curves, like how Dita is very taut and fit, not necessarily how to sculpt yourself into precise measurements...;)

As far as getting a body like Dita's, not only will you have to work out, but also waist train. She's been doing it for years, with the best in the business coaching her and making her corsets. Here are two threads on that:
