What are your favorite annual events (world wide)?

There are a lot of great events out there and as someone who loves to travel I'd like to know where everyone's favorite events are. The car shows/burlesque shows/concerts etc that happen every year, month or week, that you never want to miss!! Include as much info as you can, dates, location, size, and of course, why you love it so much.

My top 3 are:

Viva Las Vegas

Easter weekend, every year 

Las Vegas, NV

It's the biggest Rockabilly convention in the country with a huge car show, bands, pool party, shopping, burlesque and more. People from all over the world come every year and it is amazing!

Ink n Iron

Early June, every year

Queen Mary, Love Beach, CA

Car show, music, pin up pageant, vendors bazaar, burlesque, side shows and tattoo convention, all aboard the beautiful Queen Mary.

Beatersville

Memorial Day weekend, every year

Louisville, KY

A car show (beaters only) and pin up pageant full of some of the nicest people I've ever met. It's small, but worth the trip.

I'm a bit new to the the community and haven't yet hit the really big events like Viva yet, but I'm excited to go to my first ever rockabilly/pinup sort of event this summer in Sacramento, California called Sacramento SwingTime.

I am getting ready to go to beatersville. A great kickoff show for the year. Then we go to the Road Rocket Rumble in Indianapolis. I also go to the James Dean festival in Gas City which is about an hour north of Indy. That is a pretty big show. All three are great shows.

I will be at the Triumph Bennington bash VT next weekend, looking forward to that as always.

But my favorite event is the CT Rockers Reunion on 2nd September, Glasotnbury CT. There are bigger events out there and no doubt more exciting, but I have to be failthful to my boys (and my girls!) Its their company that makes the event so special.

What could be more fun than a couple of hundred bikers and their classic British bikes, live bands, burlesque performers, Vintage clothing + accessories vendors, gorgeous giveaway prizes, and a cookout in the woods?

*Above is me and my Friend Julia at the first rockers reunion, this will be the 4th year!. That's my husbands Triumph behind us, It has me as a 50's lingerie pinup on the side .He calls her "miss Lilly"...awww
