You're very pretty, and have a great smile, but there are times when it looks a bit forced. Practice facial expressions in the mirror until they are completely natural. Also, one of the best ways to get better is to book as many shoots as you can. TF shoots might not get you the professional experience you need, but they are good practice. Paying for a few shoots with great photographers will teach you a ton.

Also, take some time reading this forum. There are a ton of threads about getting started.

Your smile is your best look, in my humble opinion, so keep it up and keep having fun! Thats the most important part. I'd say hope on PL or Model Mayhem to find local photographers in your area. You DONT have to shoot with everyone who asks you to shoot, and be very careful about shooting with new people. Check references, ask a model they've already worked if it was a good experience, and build your portfolio that way. And practice practice practice posing and faces. You're gonna feel silly at first making "oooh ahh" faces in the mirror first thing in the morning but it'll become second nature! And ALWAYS wear what you're comfortable in and do what makes you feel good!
