I think Pin up is a celebration of women of all shapes and sizes, types and ages! The fashion industry has whittled down the criteria for a models in terms of weight, shape, looks and age to such stringent and limiting "ideals" that, ultimately, it slams the door firmly in the face of some of the most exquisitely beautiful, feminine women in the world! I think Pin up is a powerful statement, not that beauty is in the eye of the beholder but that beauty is in every woman and that, with Pin up, they have an opportunity to show that off to every beholder!

Agreed, if you feel sexy and look healthy and happy then Pin up knows no age limitations. Look at Tempest Storm, 80 years old and still rocking it with class! :)

Well I hope not!  I have reached the mid point of my life and I feel a hell of a lot sexier than when I was in my 20's!! I loved the comment -

Absolutely not!!! In fact, I wish there were more older pinups! Fact of life... unless you die tragically young - you're going to get older, that's all of us - even 18 year olds who think they are going to be 18 forever (I was one of those ;) personally, I still love glamour, I still love clothes, I still love makeup and I still love having fun!!! I'm 48 years old - I LOVE being 48 because it means I'm still here :) As for any possibility of the old cliche 'looking like mutton done up as lamb' ... bring it on - I'd rather look like that than mutton done up as mutton! I want to see more over 40's pin ups - it's inspiring and motivating - and if it feels good...... DO IT!

Here is my answer... absolutely NEVER too old.  This lady told me during our shoot that she never buys green bananas, because she doesn't know if she'll be around to enjoy them!

I think this should be measured on a case by case basis; if you feel sexy at 60 then I say go for it. You can look at women like Judi Dench and Jamie Lee Curtis; these women are gorgeous and sexy but above that they hold themselves in a way that exudes beauty and class. I am in my mid 30s and feel a great deal sexier now than I did at 21. So my answer is no, you are never to old to pinup.

Hello, you are never too old to model.  I was in Playboy when I was 35! Even though this is not classic/vintage style photo, still proof that you can model at any age.  And very little photo shop if any was used.
