Model Bettie Page hospitalized after heart attack
LOS ANGELES – Bettie Page, one of the most notable models of the 20th century, is hospitalized in intensive care after suffering a heart attack in Los Angeles.
Mark Roesler, Page's agent and attorney, says Friday that the 85-year-old is "critically ill." He says she suffered a heart attack Tuesday and remains hospitalized.
He would not comment further on her condition.
Page is credited with helping set the stage for the sexual revolution of the rebellious 1960s. She attracted national attention with magazine photographs of her sensuous figure in bikinis and lingerie that were tacked up on walls in military barracks, garages and elsewhere.

I read that she had a heart attack on tuesday and was hospitalized today. She is also in a coma, we must all pray for her!!! What an amazing person, would be so sad to lose her!

Hi all :) I am an a member of BSA, the official BP fan club. I love the lady so much!! I've had the honor of sending gifts, cards & letters, through our scoutmaster Steve ;) He has been keeping us updated on her condition since last Nov. That is around the time she stopped being able to talk. This pain & suffering she has so strongly endured may finally be ending. I have been lighting candles & praying for her for the last year & she has been SO ill :(....but even though we're loosing such a special person, this might be the time for her to go the place she has dreamed of ! So God bless Bettie Page...& let's all pray for this magical & amazing legend & her safe & sweet journey home :) And in Steve's own words...Bettie Forever...
