I owned, adored, one of these precious accessories as a young betty of the 70's. 

I was with my mom one night, we ran an errand over to JC Penney's...it was that moment when we walked in...and I spotted one, the sky opened up, angels sang, unicorns flew,...lol I knew I had to have it!...well..mom said no! and I carried on, tantrumed...and was just devastated...later that night when we returned home...I noticed a JC Penney's bag on the couch...so I ran over to the bag tearing apart, ripping it open...and there it was..."My Precious Navy Blue Patent Purse with a Mini Doll In The Front" The moral of sharing this with you is...that fond memory was the inspiration behind my design...Retro Reinvented..."Rockabetty Bags" stop by let me know what you think? and let's here your story!
