Rockin the Thigh Highs

So I have this fabulous pair of thigh highs I bought at the Bettie Page store, and I am DYING to wear them, but I'm having a hard time figuring out what to pair them with...

Can anyone give me some pointers??!!!!

Thigh high nylons?

 

Try pairing them with a pencil skirt or full circle skirt. Personally, I think they are adorable anytime, though i certainly don't wear them as much as I would like. :)

Stockings and shorts wouldn't be any better.... both wold make you look like a hooker.

I was talking about nylons, but boots popped into my head with the shorts option - exactly like Pretty Woman was my thought! But I definitely could not pull that off, even if just for fun. I am WAY too short :p

 

So then I am in search of a good pencil skirt!!

Stockings can be worn with any skirt or dress. However, if they are short and you can see the stockings you look more like a hooker then a pin up. Try to remember that unless it's a costume or for a photo shoot, stockings should be worn in a lady like manner.
