 I'm starting a social group called the East Bay Pin-Up Dolls, for all the fabulous ladies living in (or near) the East Bay, CA area. Hi Summer Dreams, well I'm not an East Bay Pin-Up Doll, although I am an East Bay Pin-Up Doll photographer and space owner. I have a studio/gallery/event space in Alameda. We have gallery exhibits every month on 2nd Fridays and do a couple of pin up gallery shows every year. Next Pin-Up Show is this October 14th featuring the work several P.L. shooters/models/artists . I do have other pin-up photographers that work out of the space as well. Including some popular P.L. shooters/models. My point, yes, what was my point;;; I think I have a great meeting place for your new group to hang out. And maybe use my October show as a great first get-together/kick off. OK well give it some thought,,, let's bounce around some ideas together.

Sounds great, I know there are a lot of us from the East Bay and surrounding areas on here. Chucks idea is a good one, planning a place to meet is a good first step. I looked at your yahoo group and it's pretty empty. It would great if you updated your post here with what you are planning on doing with your group, how often you want to meet, what kind of events you plan on going to, and just your mission statement in general.

Thanks for your interest, doll. It would be great if you passed along my information to anyone who might be interested in joining. I'm hoping to plan an event soon, I'm just waiting for more people to join. I think the group has the potential to be successful and alot of fun!
