How do you stop receiving email notifications for "members who just joined group . . . ."?

How do you stop these notifications.

When you receive the email, there is a section about halfway down that says 'To stop following this group click here...'
Just click the link it gives you. It'll take you to the group page, but after that you won't receive any more notifications!
