Hello all!

I am in search of a little color advice. I am an at home colorer (budget reasons) and am looking to switch up my current color. I have dyed it Deep Burgundy Brown (Feria) for YEARS. Looking over my last set of family vacation photos I didn't feel like the look was very "pretty" anymore. I have pale skin that pretty pink actually (teased a ton about it growing up). So, I think that maybe I need something that compliments my skintone more. I don't mind being pale but the pink is not pretty. Can haircolor help it stand out less?

Problem is, I am drawn to dark tones which may/may not be best for me and I am sure I am going to have a wicked time trying to cover up all the red left in my hair. I am about 6weeks since last dye job.

Any tips?

Photo below. (Silly pic of me and my first Thanksgiving dinner! lol. But my hair is roughly the same color now)

The great thing about hair dye is if you don't like it, you can always change it. Why not try going lighter? If you like it, great! If not, it's easy to dye a darker color over it. My hair is every color of the rainbow, so i'm big on experimenting, but regardless of skin tone, just try something new. If you don't like it, you can always change it. Another option is go to a wig store and try on a bunch in different colors. That way you get an idea of what looks good on you before you commit to dying.
I'm not sure if this helps, but I'm also pale with a very pinky complexion and I know that blueish blacks (as opposed to more brown, or purple ones) tend to even out skin complexions and I thought that it made me less pink.
Good luck!
Thanks for the suggestions ladies!
