I have measurements of 34-28-36.

I was wondering if I could work out a bit and get it somewhere in between. Are there any exercises you'd recommend?

I'm planning on starting tight lacing sometime, so I'm not too concerned about my waist, although I did hear that having a tummy makes your boobs look smaller. Is that true? Because my D-cups do not look that big, and uh... balancing out my backside would be rather nice, I think.

What kind of girdle would you ladies suggest? Been wondering is spanx is a good one? I just had my 3rd baby 7M ago so my core strength is like 0 lol But the bicycle crunch suggestion sounds awesome-going to start trying that!

belly dance.

Though it is true you can't spot reduce, you can tone muscles to sculpt to some extant.

I'd like to redirect your attention back to my original post.

There are some great ideas here, but this thread is for talking about exercises. The link that I posted before (http://www.pinuplifestyle.com/forum/topics/binding-undergarments) is the discussion on girdles and corsets. Let's try to keep each thread on topic according to the title.

Thanks.

That's a toughie to figure out! Quite honestly, you have to find a workout thats going to work for YOU. Not everyone's body shapes up same as another's when it comes workouts. Some people to good on Crossfit, some on circut training, some with weights, aerobics, running, kettlebell, this list can go on forever with different regimins.
It took me a LONG time to figure out what works for ME. And as for me, I hate going to the gym and the atmosphere that goes along with it. Weights bulk me up (I blame the Pennsylvania farmer's genes I've got). I can't run because of my asthma. What I discovered was Pilates & Yoga are my best friends. And so far so good! I've got what I'd say is a great hour-glass figure :) With and without my corsets.

I hope my 2 cents helps you out a bit!

Zumba or POLE! pole dancing is amazing. It gets you so strong and toned, but I didnt lose much weight, just toned up what I have. its amazing, and so so so fun.
