This is the place you will find all the info you need for Beatersville. We will be editing and updating this original post with new details as they come in. So leave a comment, ask a question and keep us updated on any and all plans for the event.

Beatersville Car Show will be Sunday May 29th 2011 in Louisville KY.

Just in case any of you guys get to town on Friday we are hosting the Friday night Beatersville Art show at Liberty Tattoo and Art Parlor 2801 South 3rd Street, Louisville, KY 40208, [phone].  It will kick off around 6 pm, it is free, music by DJ Woody Chancy, special hot rod parking while it last.

Hello everyone,

This year we are trying something new with the Miss Beatersville Contest. We will start with
an on-line contest via www.pinuplifestyle.com. The winner and runner up will both receive
a cash prize that will get them closer to winning the Miss Beatersville Grand Prize. Read
below for all the details and rules.

Details:
Online Contest Prize: Top two contestants will get $50/$25 that will go directly to your vote
count and put you higher in the running for the Grand Prize winner of the show.

Grand Prize:
In years past the Grand Prize winner has walked away with over $600 in cash, this year the
prize is even better since Boudoir Louisville will be giving away a Bombshell Photo Shoot
to the winner as well(est retail $500). So Ladies if you are going to be at the show on Sunday
May 29th and want to fill y'er bag with a bunch of cash, get those submissions in.

How to enter:
Send your best image via email, [e-mail] or by US Mail to Beatersville, 414
Baxter Ave, Suite #B0200, Louisville, KY 40204. Please include your name, stage name or
"Miss" name, age, hometown and anything you think might be interesting to the crowd. Once
we recieve your entry, we will post it on www.pinuplifestlye.com and it is there where you
will send all your friends to vote for you. One vote per person, per day.

Rules:
Must be eighteen years or older and have a valid state drivers license.
Must complete Beatersville release form
No cheating, anyone caught cheating will forfeit without notice.
No lewd or aggressive behavior to voters, other contestants or Beatersville staff.
One vote per person for the off-line contest. Votes = $1 one dollar. Each voter can only vote
once but they can vote with up to a $5 that would count as five votes.
All submitted photos will be included in our on-line promotions including,
www.pinuplifestyle.com, facebook, flickr and beatersville.com

The fine print
Each eligible contestant will be introduced to the crowd during a band brake around 1 pm the
day of the show. If you are not at the venue and checked in by 1 pm you will be disqualified
and any on-line votes will go to the next contestant in line. Contestants should check in at the
merch table at the back of the club no later than 12:30 pm day of the show and be prepared
for introduction to the crowd and the start of the contest.

Voting at the show will be by crowd response. Each contestant will have that will stay at the
merch table with her picture on it for collecting vote dollars. A vote is $1. The contestant with
the most votes at the end of the contest will be crowned "Miss Beatersville 2011" and will
win all of the money that all of the contestants have collected. Winner takes All!!
If any contestants are found to have cheated they will not be told they will just be taken out of
the contest and all of their votes will go to the next conestant in line.

All non-winning contestants must give up their votes at the end of the competition.

Please refrain from doing anything you wouldn't do in front of your Grandmother. This is a
family show so please no lewd behavior.

Contestants are encouraged to have their photo taken with a voter or car, bike, etc, for votes.

Miss Beatersville will be crownd after the awards ceremony and all contestants must be on site.
If the winning contestant has left, the next highest vote count will win. In the case of a tie, there
will be a final vote decided by crowd response at the crowning. The contestant that has the
loudest crowd response as gauged by the judges will be the winner and crownd Miss Beatersville.

Any discressions will be up to the judges and their word is final.
